CANCELLATION AND BOOKING POLICY

To provide the best experience and accommodate all clients effectively, please review the following booking policy:
Appointment Confirmation
All appointments are confirmed at the time of booking. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation email or message for your scheduled session. If you do not receive a confirmation, kindly contact us.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled less than 1 hour before the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of 10% unless due to an emergency.
No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will also be charged in full.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to respect the following client's time. Full session fees will still apply.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for missed appointments. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us before booking.
Booking Changes
You are welcome to reschedule or adjust your booking at any time, provided it is within the 24-hour notice period. Simply use the booking platform or contact us directly.
